Remove clouding lenses and regain bright and clear vision.
What Are Cataracts?
How Do I Know if I Have Cataracts?
Cataracts are the leading cause of vision loss among aging adults. The following are the most common symptoms of cataracts. If you experience any of the following, we suggest scheduling a cataract evaluation.
Increased sensitivity to sunlight
loss of vivid colors
sensation of a film covering your eyes
Difficulty driving at night
Cataract Surgery Options
The only way to get rid of a cataract is to surgically remove the clouded lens and replace it with an intraocular lens implant (IOL). At the Filutowski Eye Institute, we craft a unique surgical plan for each patient based off of your visual needs and goals.
We offer two types of treatments plans to our patients.
Traditional cataract surgery will remove your clouded lens and replace it with an intraocular lens implant to restore vision to how it was before your cataract.
Vision Freedom Option
Our Vision Freedom Option (VFO) for cataract surgery is an additional set of services to help you live a life free from contacts and glasses after your cataract procedure.
